High Contrast - What I Woke Up To Saturday Morning

Third in my high contrast series.



This was my view as I opened my eyes one Saturday morning in 2006. I lived in my long
moved out daughter's white wicker bedroom since my father was given my downstairs
bedroom when he moved in in September of 2005.

I loved the high contrast and cool air of that scene and I immediately woke up and got
my camera and crawled back into bed to get the shot.

Portrait Indigo

I was waiting for my wife to finish getting her hair done and was talking to the owner about maybe helping her with the salon website. I asked if I could take some photos of the environment so I could look for some visual inspirations for the site. I kept finding lamps and lights and beautiful shadows. I saw a woman who was paying after finishing and all those lights and lamps seem to be lighting her just perfectly as well.
